To help you plan your hybrid or digital meeting or event, we have developed a method and a checklist for you as a meeting or event organiser. It usually involves selecting a main audience (choose whether the digital or physical participants will have the primary experience) for the event or meeting and then choosing the location, whether any specific platform or technology is needed to run the meeting or event and the level of interactivity required.
