Many Swedish and international studies we have read say we meet physically, digitally and in hybrid formats, and we can really only conclude that all three formats will live on. The important question is how meetings and events will adapt their formats to their target audiences and what format suits your meeting or event? Adapting the format is just as important as adapting content to the target audience. Those in the event or meeting industry need to focus on finding their digital elements and new business models, and then continue to develop them. The key to finding your optimal physical, digital or hybrid format is to continue to test and use platforms, studio production, streaming services and interactive tools, and learn what works.
