WIN WIN Gothenburg Sustainability Award

WIN WIN Awards recognize and highlight groundbreaking efforts for sustainability, addressing the most pressing issues in society. This year’s theme is countering disinformation. When asked why there should be a sustainability award in Gothenburg, WIN WIN’s Executive Director, Sara, responds, “Gothenburg is one of the most courageous, sustainable, forward-thinking regions in the world, and the stories of WIN WIN’s awardees should be celebrated from here.”

Noot and Lilla Jordbruket

At the restaurant Noot at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia, sustainability is central. The menu follows the seasons and uses local organic ingredients, including produce from Lilla Jordbruket, a small-scale organic vegetable farm located twenty kilometres northeast of Gothenburg. Together, the businesses have created a sustainable model, ecologically, economically, and socially.

In the film, Marcus Fellin (responsible business manager and creative chef for Noot) and Olle Olsson (founder and vegetable grower at Lilla Jordbruket) talk about their collaboration and how delicious dishes are created – from the farm to the table!
