Changers Hub Hjällbo

The organisation has used inspiration, knowledge and networking to build on its vision of creating a place where young people can grow, collaborate and inspire one another. There has been a great deal of emphasis on empowering young people through education, entrepreneurship and community, while also laying the foundations for independent and sustainable operations.

The Hub in Hjällbo has been established as a central forum for young creators and entrepreneurs from across much of Gothenburg. It is used as a co-working space, photo studio, podcast studio, pop-up shop and study space, but also as an venue for workshops, networking events and spontaneous idea sessions.

During the year 2025, the Changers Hub organised 15 events with more than 500 participants, ten inspirational talks attended by almost 400 people, and two fi ve-week leadership training programmes involving a total of 50 participants. They have also coached more than 50 young adults and offered courses in finance, AI, investment and coding. One of the most significant moments of the year was the collaboration with the Prince Daniel Fellowship, where young entrepreneurs from Hjällbo met leaders from the Swedish business community. This was a clear example of building bridges between local talent and national opportunities.

In 202 5, the Changers Hub also launched a new collaboration with the Angeredsgymnasiet upper secondary school, supporting a class focused on entrepreneurship and Junior Achievement. Students visit the Changers Hub to develop their business ideas, receive coaching and gain inspiration from the Hub’s network of young entrepreneurs. Integrating the school into the ecosystem creates a natural bridge between education, entrepreneurship and confi dence in the future. The foundation for the work of the Changers Hub is formed by a long-term approach, known as Social Recycling, a model in which young people who have progressed further in their journey guide the next generation of changers. A sustainable chain of development is created, built on trust and shared success, by allowing knowledge, experience and opportunities to circulate within the community.
