Skarpt Läge Pepp & Prepp

In 2023, Skarpt Läge launched the Pepp & Prepp concept with the support of the Trade and Industry Group, and this has been developing and expanding for almost three years now. The concept focused clearly on strengthening opportunities for young people to enter the labour market. There has been significant expansion in 2025, with Pepp & Prepp being implemented in all socially disadvantaged areas of Gothenburg; and employers are always present as a key part of the programme. Skarpt Läge has developed a clear and comprehensive process for preparing young people for the world of work, focusing on building self-confidence, targeted skills training and expanded networking opportunities.

During 2026, three job fairs will be carried out in partnership between the Trade and Industry Group and Skarpt Läge in Hammarkullen, Bergsjön and Hjällbo.
