The Gothenburg Company Award
The Trade and Industry Group annually awards the Gothenburg Company Award to successful businesses that are driven and developed in the Gothenburg region. The 2025 winner was Kognic, which develops tools for annotating and quality-assuring data used in the training of self-driving vehicles and other autonomous systems. They combine cutting-edge technical expertise with a scalable solution that is used globally. They are also driving progress towards a more equitable and responsible AI industry, where transparency and ethics are core principles.
We have built an international company based in Gothenburg and are proud to receive this kind of recognition in our home city. It means a great deal to us.
