Frihamnsdagarna

In 2025 and 2026, the Trade and Industry Group has supported Frihamnsdagarna, which is an important forum for democratic dialogue. The aim of this initiative is to highlight the importance of collaboration in strengthening Gothenburg, whilst also showcasing examples of initiatives made possible by the Trade and Industry Group’s collaboration. The programme of events facilitates encounters between young people, businesses, politicians and decision-makers.

On Friday 28 August 2026, the Trade and Industry Group will have its own stage at Frihamnsdagarna. Three of the group’s initiatives will be showcased on stage: Junior Achievement, NEXTAR, and A Sporting Chance.
